Estancia de Charme "El Colibrí", member of the prestigious chain "Relais & Chateaux", is located in Santa Catalina, Cordoba. Raoul and Stéphanie, a French family, decided to settle there because of the beauty of the 170 hectars of the field, the Santa Catalina river and the proximity of Cordoba International Airport (45 min, transfer in/out included).
It is the ideal place to experience the work of the Argentine Estancia since we counted our own production of meat, fruits, vegetables and flowers.

Our kitchen is created with best fresh products of the station; our meats are presented without additives and come in their majority of our own farm. We offer a menu with choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and a dessert of the day, changing at each meal.

Our house counts with 9 beautiful rooms. It can also be hired as a private home. All the rooms offer open fire, radiant floor heating in winter and refreshing in summer, butler Service, Mini bar, in room safe, internet connection, satellite television and personal DVD with stereo surround sound, dressing room and bathroom, hair dryer, bath and separate shower, separate water closet and bidet, pillow menu, hand embroiderd 400 thread count linens and amenities specially created for El Colibri.
2 Deluxe rooms : 45 m2 (147 sq feet) with beautiful view on the countryside. These 2 rooms can be connected to the suites.
4 Junior Suites : 48 m2 (157 sq feet) with a private terrace facing the countryside or the Cordoba Mountains.
2 Suites : 78 m2 (256 sq feet) with a private terrace, bedroom and living separated. These 2 suites can be connected with the deluxe rooms.
Suite Colibri : 105 m2 (345 sq feet) with 2 private terraces, living room, room and dressing room all separated, bathroom with double Jacuzzi. This suite can be connected with either one or two
Junior Suites.
We have a swimming pool with View of the Cordoba mountain, and a SPA, equipped with Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hamman, Scotich shower and massage room.
